A Love Supreme
Official Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry to A Love Supreme, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 21 years of age.
Entrants must be legally eligible to marry in the State of Tennessee.
The contest is open to couples of all backgrounds, identities, orientations, religions, and ethnicities.
Employees of the National Museum of African American Music and immediate family members may not be eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on July 5, 2026.
Entrants must complete all required submission fields and provide a video entry.
Incomplete, false, or misleading entries may be disqualified.
Only one entry per couple will be accepted.

Selection Process

Eligible submissions will be reviewed by a panel of National Museum of African American Music staff members.
Entries will be evaluated based on authenticity, connection to music and culture, creativity, and alignment with the spirit of A Love Supreme.
The selected couple will be notified on or around July 10, 2026.
All judging decisions are final.

Prize Conditions

The prize consists of a sponsored micro wedding experience for up to 25 guests, including the couple.
Prize components are subject to availability and may be modified at the discretion of NMAAM and participating sponsors.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternate services.
The wedding date, participating vendors, and event details will be determined by NMAAM in coordination with the selected couple and sponsors.

Photography, Video & Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant the National Museum of African American Music permission to use submitted videos, photographs, names, likenesses, and stories for promotional, marketing, fundraising, educational, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
The selected couple agrees to participate in photography, videography, media interviews, and promotional content related to the contest and wedding experience.

Conduct

NMAAM reserves the right to disqualify any entry that contains inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, or misleading content.
NMAAM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances arise that make administration of the promotion impractical.

Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the National Museum of African American Music, participating sponsors, partners, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize
