Heartbeat Saturdays Presents
Body Language
A Dance Fitness Class with Maximize Your Mobility

Saturday, October 10th | A FREE Community Event

Start your Saturday with movement, music, and meaningful community connection at the National Museum of African American Music.

We wanna dance with somebody! Heartbeat Saturday is kicking off its newest fitness series, Body Language, with a special Whitney Houston-themed dance fitness class. Get ready to move, sweat, and celebrate wellness to the unforgettable music of one of the greatest voices of all time.

Keep the celebration going after class as NMAAM honors Whitney’s life, music, and enduring legacy with a special book talk at 2 PM in the Roots Theater. Come for the movement, stay for the music and legacy!

Throughout the experience, enjoy live music from DJ Smoke, connect with local wellness vendors and organizations, and celebrate your workout while exploring community resources that support a healthy lifestyle.

Your Registration Includes:

  • Dance Fitness Experience with Maximize Your Mobility
  • Live DJ Set by DJ Smoke
  • Wellness Vendors & Community Partners
  • Access to a vibrant community committed to health, movement, and connection

Bring a friend, lace up your sneakers, and experience wellness through the power of community. We can’t wait to see you there!
