As EVP of RCA Records, Carolyn Williams works with the Senior Executive Team to ensure RCA’s strong positioning in market share and navigate through its major artist releases.

She serves as the Executive Sponsor of RCA’s Mentorship Program, Black Music Action Committee, and Community Leadership Team, helping to develop various initiatives including external partnerships as part of the label’s Learning and Development program. She is a co-founder of RCA’s internal lecture series, The Spark, which promotes community, conversations and ideas. She also continues to lead RCA’s efforts in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Brand Management, helping to secure multiple Clio Awards and nominations for the label.

In addition to her role as EVP, Carolyn Williams continues to be one of the strongest marketing executives in the business serving as Marketing Lead on several projects, including SZA, Jazmine Sullivan, H.E.R., A$AP Rocky and Childish Gambino among others.

Her experience in the music industry spans 2 decades, having held key positions at both independent and major labels.

Carolyn also serves on the Executive Committee and as Co-chair of the New York City chapter of She Is The Music, an organization that focuses on empowerment and equity for women in music.
