In partnership with Clearbrook Hospitality, NMAAM offers customizable VIP group experiences that include travel, lodging, dining, and museum access. Whether you’re planning a corporate event, educational tour, or family reunion, this is a chance to share a meaningful, music-filled journey together.


Customize Your VIP Experience

Clearbrook Hospitality invites you and your group to explore NMAAM together through an exclusive, all-in-one experience. Designed for groups of 20 or more, these packages make it easy to plan a meaningful visit centered around music, history, and community.

Each VIP package includes:

  • A guided tour of the National Museum of African American Music
  • One-night hotel stay in Nashville
  • Roundtrip charter bus transportation via Gray Line or affiliate
  • A boxed lunch from a local Nashville restaurant for the ride

Groups also receive $100 off a second package when two guests share a hotel room.  Packages can be tailored to include additional experiences and tours for an even more personalized itinerary.
